I am empowered to be a S.M.E. and bring excellence-giving me a true voice. I am appreciated for my work by my leader and teams with company-wide shout outs on Slack and in my meetings with my leader.

I love working from home. I love that I am able to change my schedule to fit my son's schedules and sometimes it's last minute. It's occasional, but nice to know I don't have to worry. The supervisors are always so understanding and never make me feel like I'm bother.

I enjoy the work I do and working with the people in my department. I was accepted with open eyes and arms at Aledade and that was a great feeling to have when starting a new job.
