Purpose
Bailard embodies a “do-what-is-right” ethos and a loyalty that extends from our clients to our colleagues. It also fuels our commitment to serving the communities where we live, work, and engage.
To further this mission, the Bailard Foundation was launched in 2019 in celebration of the firm’s 50th anniversary, formalizing decades of philanthropic commitment. Bailard’s co-founders set this precedent early on through their dedication to financial education, and today, the Foundation continues that spirit by supporting organizations focused on financial literacy, affordable housing, as well as homelessness and poverty. In its five years since inception, planning. the Bailard foundation has proudly given over $1,000,000 to nonprofit organizations. Bailard employees can serve a three-year term on the Foundation’s board, and many have shared how meaningful it is to contribute directly to its mission and impact.
