BAYS is a non-profit organization that provides professional youth and family services throughout the State of Florida. Our innovative programs are rooted in a sincere dedication to improving the quality of life and increasing the potential of the youth and families that we serve.
Purpose
BAYS has provided a variety of delinquency prevention, diversion, and intervention services, with our strength and expertise mainly demonstrated in juvenile justice case management and delivery of psychoeducational classes. BAYS has provided several other youth and family support services over the years. The organization has extensive experience as a contract service provider serving such organizations as: the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, U.S. Department of Labor, Children’s Board of Hillsborough County, Selby Foundation, Suncoast Workforce Board, Evidence Based Associates, University Area Community Development Center (UACDC), the University of South Florida, and the Homebuilder’s Institute.
