CHRISTUS Children's provides world-class pediatric and maternal care to children and families from all over Texas and the world. Together with our academic partner, Baylor College of Medicine, we are the only freestanding children's hospital in San Antonio built entirely for children and pregnant women supported by a network of freestanding emergency centers, maternal and pediatric specialty clinics and dedicated rehabilitation centers.

Purpose
CHRISTUS Children's provides advanced medical services to more than 150,000 children across Southern Texas each year and provides a number of specialized programs to suit the individual needs of our patients and their families. From our Level IV Neonatal ICU capabilities, Level III maternal program, Level 3 Epilepsy Center and countless other centers of excellence across our Magnet designated hospital, CHRISTUS Children's serves the unique needs of the most critically ill patients each day.
