Purpose
We believe that in the richest city in the world, no New Yorker should go hungry or have to choose between food and rent. That's why we're here to provide food, dignity and support for the 1.3 million hardworking New Yorkers who don't know where their next meal is coming from.
Vision
We provide food today for a food secure tomorrow. By addressing the root causes of hunger—generational poverty, high living costs, and economic inequality—we empower New Yorkers to break the cycle of food insecurity for future generations. Together, we’re building a future where no child has to inherit hunger.
Mission
We empower every New Yorker to achieve food security for good. Together with nearly 800 community partners, we deliver not just food, but the support New Yorkers need to move past hunger toward self-sufficiency.
