I believe in the types of projects we work on, the communities that we impact. I love the ESOP and the culture that it brings that we work as a team. The people are amazing. I believe we are grounded in the principals of Mr. Phipps and we are working to stay current in the modern world.

I love my co-workers and our management structure. I really appreciate the accountability aspect of Phipps. If you do your job and do it well, we all succeed. I appreciate the picnics and holiday parties as it provided opportunity to get to know one another outside of work. The intern events are fun and entertaining. I love the onboarding process to provide immediate insight to all new hires how Phipps is. I really enjoy how easy and approachable upper management is. Most companies there is a clear division, but at Phipps i feel it isn't that way.

I feel like I am valuable and can ask questions and learn. I also enjoy the people I work with and the team environment. My job is very rewarding, and I have learned so much, which makes it easy to love what I do.
