Purpose
Health Advocates Network was founded based on a shared aspiration to improve the way healthcare staffing is done. We serve as a dedicated partner and advocate for healthcare providers, staff and patients. Because of the experience we have gained from our years in the healthcare staffing industry, we understand the importance of matching the right candidates with the unique needs of healthcare facilities of all sizes. Our ongoing commitment to quality, transparency, and the professional growth of all employees is key to creating our dynamic culture.
Vision
Health Advocates Network has a successful entrepreneurial culture comprised of people who organize and operate a business, taking on greater than normal risks for greater than normal results. For our candidates, finding a placement in a role they love should never be complicated. We are called “Health Advocates” because that’s exactly what we do: work with our healthcare providers and for our healthcare providers.

We believe that a thriving, motivated team translates into exceptional service for our clients and employees. We strive to put the employee experience at the forefront by both requesting employee feedback and providing clear and timely feedback to our employees. This includes conducting 30-60-90-day new hire check-ins. By addressing questions, challenges, and aspirations early on, we integrate new hires seamlessly into our culture and foster a sense of belonging from day one. We also emphasize work-life balance by encouraging employees to take PTO and giving employees flexibility to work remotely. While hard work is embedded in the DNA of our culture, we also make time for fun and camaraderie through virtual holiday parties, monthly birthday and anniversary celebrations, and off-site events for in-person employees. Despite geographical dispersion, our employee engagement portal Jostle serves as a virtual hub, connecting our team and nurturing a sense of belonging.
