Since 1982, Heritage Property Management Services has proudly been in business serving the great state of Georgia. Headquartered in Sandy Springs, we are positioned in the heart of the metro Atlanta area with our homeowner solution center, accounting functions, and other in-house supporting departments. We manage our property portfolio of more than 85,000 residents across nearly 550 community associations with over 150 full-time employees, more than 60 of which are Georgia licensed community association managers. We’re passionate about the support we provide to our community partners, and that passion for work is echoed in our company culture – almost 45% of Heritage team members have been employed with us 5+ years, and our retention rates average 95%.
