Lafayette Federal has changed a lot since we first opened our doors in 1935. In the nearly ninety years since, our membership has expanded to include people representing every socioeconomic group living and working in the DC-Maryland-Virigina (DMV) area, encompassing hundreds of industries, and today, through partnerships and our “once a member, always a member” policy, we have nearly 60,000 members from all over the country and the world. there's never a time when I felt as if I couldn't ask for help or get more direction when needed regardless of the question being asked to my manager, peers from other departments, or those involved in interdepartmental meetings. Explanation have always been given in a manager of non judgement, and ensuring that it's understood.

I have grown from the bottom up with a fantastic team within multiple departments that I've been a part of.

Everyday I am learning something new. Growth is encouraged.
