Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota
In 1865, Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota began by serving four orphaned children. Today, we serve 91,000 Minnesotans – or one in 63 Minnesotans. We are in all 87 counties of Minnesota and beyond supporting individuals with identified needs, older adults, children, youth and families. Our overarching goal is to meet our neighbors where they are and help them overcome challenges so that they can live full and abundant lives.

Additional Culture Details
Our values represent how we work and how we "show-up" in our work in community, with those we serve and in the workplace. We are committed to building an organization that treats team members, those we serve and the communities in which we work and live fairly. We strive to build an ALIVE workplace (Supportive, Positive and Fun) where people can bring their gifts and talents to the work they love. LSS has a vision for its team members: "LSS team members have deeply meaningful work that changes lives, the opportunity for their unique gifts to shine and grow, and abundant and balanced lives."
