Purpose
From its conception, Matkin Hoover’s entrepreneurial vision has been to provide quality engineering and surveying services to clients with the personal involvement of a small business. Today, MHES has developed and grown into a full service, professional civil engineering & surveying firm serving clients globally. Our services include; federal & municipal infrastructure, design-build, DoD contracts, construction management, land planning, street, drainage and utility design and coordination, hydrology, floodplain analysis and floodplain mapping, and complete land surveying services.

MHES prides itself on a couple of mission statements that embody our vision for our services. “Make It Happen” and “Blue Collar Engineering” are descriptions of both our commitment to success and problem solving and the hard work our team puts in to see it through. Two key point make this possible:
Customer Service – Our team strives to provide superior service to each of our clients. The Principals of our company make themselves available to our clients at any time of any day. We stand on the firm belief that it’s our job to make our projects run smoothly and to help facilitate a project from beginning to end.
Quality Work Product – Our firm is structured so that every project involves the senior staff in our firm and is double checked for accuracy. Our teams realize that their work dictates the end result of the project and that the bottom line of the investment hinges on them. We use innovative, but sound techniques in the process to ensure that our client’s best interest is always our priority.
