We are a locally owned and operated restaurant group formed in 2005. Our first CIRCA concept opened in 2007 and since then we have grown to include CIRCA at Clarendon, CIRCA at Foggy Bottom, CIRCA at Navy Yard, and CIRCA at The Boro. Over time, we have also developed and brought additional concepts to a wide range of neighborhoods throughout Northern Virginia and Washington DC including our tequila and taco inspired El Bebe at Navy Yard and El Bebe at the Boro, our approachable fine-dining TRIO Grill, speak-easy inspired restaurants Salt and Heirloom. Rounding out our collection of brands is our Americana-inspired Open Road Merrifield, Open Road Rosslyn, and Open Road Reston, which is paired with our new distillery, Open Road Distilling Co., which produces locally distilled and blended craft spirits.
