MORA, a 501c(3) is a disability services organization that is licensed by the Minnesota Department of Human Services and has been serving people in the seven county Twin Cities metro area since the early 1950's. Our mission is “to enhance personal growth for people with disabilities by offering unique services supported by a caring, dedicated and knowledgeable team.” Our vision is to “drive standards for community-based disability services throughout the upper Midwest”.
