Led by team members across each location, Outreach provides team members with options to contribute their time, talents and resources to their local communities. And to ensure our team members can prioritize what matters most to them, NAVEX provides a Day of Service each year for them to make a difference.

Whether you are a stellar ping pong or trivia player, sports fan, or simply love to mingle with others, NAVEX knows how to play hard. Connect brings our people together each month for various activities and, of course, having good food is a non-negotiable!
Live Well
Designed to promote healthy living for NAVEX team members, Live Well provides team members with a variety of tools and resources to support their wellness goals. Team members can also earn extra money toward their Health Savings Account by participating in wellness related activities, including team walks, that lead up to the chance to win cool products like an Apple Watch, Fitness Tracker, Vitamix and even a Peloton bike!
