I am doing what I like to do with co-workers that care about our participants in a company that is passionate and devoted to serving our participants and the community.

I work with a great group of coworkers who are all focused on the welfare of the participants. They are compassionate about the work they do. My coworkers are like a big family-we have fun together, have our differences but all still get along. I feel like they listen to what I have to say.

I am encouraged to use my talents and challenge myself to do better and support our team.

My managers influence my growth and challenge me in many ways. I have the flexibility to balance work and life. It is something different each day.
