When Reell was established in 1970, Reell’s founders wanted to build a company that viewed success as more than return on investment. They wanted to provide exceptional products and services to customers while creating a work environment that fostered a balanced life for its co-workers.
They named the company “Reell” (ray-EL’); a German word meaning honest, trustworthy and good, to reflect these values.
Today we strive to fulfill the promise of these words in our products, services and our relationships with customers, shareholders, co-workers, suppliers and the community.
Reell is an ESOP Company - Coworkers at Reell aren't just employees, they're owners.
Reell fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Since its founding in 1970, Reell's has been committed to serving the common good, striving to build hope in our world by changing lives for the better through both financial aid and service to our communities.
Each year Reell gives 10% of its pre-tax profits to our local and global communities. When we are blessed with profits we will give back. Through these efforts, we build stronger relationships with both our communities and our fellow Coworkers.
