South Lake Pediatrics’ mission is to provide high-quality health care services to children and families in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our guiding philosophy is simple: to put ourselves in our patients' shoes–to treat our patients as we would like to be treated.

Additional Culture Details
We are very proud of our culture and it shows in longevity! Each year we celebrate milestone anniversaries (starting on the 5th anniversary and every 5 years thereafter) and also provide a bonus week of vacation for milestone anniversaries starting at 10 years. We celebrated 15 milestone anniversaries (14% of our workforce) in 2024 and have another 17 milestone anniversaries in 2025. We also recognize our "20+ Club" (employees with 20 and more years of service) of which we have 18 employees.
