I retired 1 1/2 years ago and offered to come back if needed. Now I am back more than I am not. I do it because Wayne Brothers really cares about the employees and I care about making the company a success.

I have the flexibility to balance work/life which really motivates me to give 100%.

I am able to come into a job where I feel like the guys I work next to every day want to see me grow in my career and act like I am more than just a body in a position.

I have the freedom to lead my project team in the way that I see fit that best suits the project goals. I also enjoy the fact that no day is the same and we are always learning new ways to be better employees and a better company.
